Admin and General Support all rounder wanted! (Immediate start!)
We are a hamilton-based construction company, and have a small but very busy Office team, in need of a Part Time Administration support person, and all round superstar!
This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to make a start, and get all round experience, or just wanting to make a change and utilise their varied skill set.
The role will be varied providing administration and general support for the Office Manager, and Project Manager including but not limited to - Project documentation and orders, answering phones, stock taking, meeting and greeting all visitors and clients, ensuring the office is tidy all the time and much much more!
You will be efficient, proactive, excellent communication skills, computer savvy, with the ability of delivering a high level of Customer Service and problem solving, not afraid of getting your hands dirty but also keep good presentation.
You will have the ability to prioritise, and deliver on tight deadlines!
We are a fun and hard working team that needs assistance with all the big and little jobs we don't have time to do. So if you are happy to jump into this role with a 'Can Do' attitude, and hit the ground running you may be just what we are looking for. Training will be provided but we need a quick learner!
