Is it allowed that a Chinese (neither NZ PR nor NZ citizen) to set up and run a 100% owned company in NZ? If not 100%, then what is the percentage requirement? Does that Chinese need a proper visa first ?
The company to be is a truck transport company. The plan is to import 10 heavy weight trucks and hire 20 drivers from China. Is it feasble?

Pretty sure you cannot be the director if you are neither PR nor citizen and it is impossible to hire 20 drivers from china as well.作者: AMICUS_LAW 时间: 2015-2-16 10:34:24
