也就是说每年并没有规定一定要居住多少天的说法才能拿到养老金
只要总计达到了3650天就可以申请了

移民监你的理解正确，没有变化。

养老金是从拿到pr（不需要是坐完移民监）开始算需要住10年，其中5年必须是在50岁以后住在新西兰。
Who can get it
You may get New Zealand Superannuation if you:
are aged 65 or over
are a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident
normally live in New Zealand at the time you apply.
You must also have lived in New Zealand for at least 10 years since you turned 20. Five of those years must be since you turned 50.

最近有听朋友说如果是有在外打工并且合法交税或者自雇合法交税的话只要待满5年就可以拿养老金有这个说法吗还望知情人士解答一下感激不尽！
顺便说一下我是帮朋友的妈妈问的这个问题她今年58岁

没这种说法。。。。。待满3650天才行
