Tenancy Services is a part of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment.

Visit any of our branches if you need help with either a form or if you have a specific tenancy enquiry. Our branches are generally open from 8.30am to 4.30pm weekdays. It is best to call and make an appointment to see someone by calling the tenancy advice number.
