大律师您好

事情是这样的, 我今日去 Mag & Turbo (地址：195c Wairau Rd, Glenfield, Auckland 0627) 做 full service

1. The technician hasn't pay reasonable care when they re-fill the eninge oil (as per enginer oil stick the oil has just been re-filled a few days ago) so I had my enginer oil refilled twice in a week

2. After the technician admit he overlook the refill stick, the manager jump out and yells at me. He said "I am 100% correct, you pay". He must feel proud yelling at a small size asian woman. I was a bit scared by the manager's manner and paid & run away.

3. When my husband called, the manager told my husband feel free to go to the headquarter or go to court

想请问这种情况下, 我们要和那个经理打官司，　该怎么做？

你确定你明白full service的意思？？正常情况下正如你说的re-fill the eninge oil 是最基本的也是必须做的没听说过full service不换的而且你不换机油的话你去那做什么？？看名字他们应该算是轮胎的地方你要是换轮胎的话做什么保养啊？？是不是有什么误会？看你英文打得这么6 应该不是不明白啊估计是你们汽车理念不懂

拉倒吧，一点小事情上什么法庭，劳民伤财。
要想报复他，再也不去那里就可以了。

关于为什么去那里：买的推销的voucher
关于是否拉倒：不
理由：我不想被一个态度粗鲁的男人逼着付钱后就此拉倒

他可可以肆无忌惮的告诉我老公随便告到总部或者上法庭他都无所谓，那我们就不会拉倒

您的问题是可能他们不需要重新re-fill the engine oil, 而charged you for something you already have done. 这种情况一般写一封letter of complaint 给对方的上级投诉比较好，而不是去小额法庭。
