A fully furnished 4bedroom house in West End. Two rooms available. The big room $135 and small room $110per week, including all reasonable bills, unlimited internet wifi (winter power cost conditions apply).

That would be perfect for mature students. It is very quiet,close to bus stops of 12C and 12B，commuting between Massey , City centre separately

fully furnished: [size=14.6667px] two[size=14.6667px] freezer & fridge ,microwave, washing machine, kitchen appliances etc. sofa, dining set, single sized bed, desk and chairs.

We currently have two female live there one Massey student, another works in town. Ideal flatmates: - no noise, no distractions, no partying, neat and tidy, mature students or young Professionals.
