Time:7:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Venue:to be notified as event day is closer
Need19 volunteers
Responsibilities:
Help with gears;
Ensure the quantities of drinks are filled and ready for the runners;
Have cups filled and ready, stand beside the aid station passing out drinks also to ease congestion at the table itself;
Clear cups from the course as the runners go if there are intervals when no runners are passing;

Event date: 5, 6, and 7 October (you can choose different date(s) and shift(s) to work or you can also support the whole event if you are available)
Venue:King's College
Schedule and responsibilities:
• Friday 5 October - 7.30am-12.30pm - Athlete and Volunteer Registration, traffic marshalling, directions
• Friday 5 October - 12.00pm-5.30pm - Opening Ceremony and Afternoon Sports
• Saturday 6 October - 8.30am-2.00pm - Athletics
• Saturday 6 October - 1.30pm-6.00pm - Afternoon Sports
• Sunday 7 October - 8.30am-2.30pm - Morning Sports and Pack-up
• Available for the whole event (Friday - Sunday)

Responsibilities:
· assisting athletes afterevent through and out of finish shoot;
· presenting athletes withtheir medals after race;
· making Powerade (mixing power + water), filling cups with liquids and serving these to athletes whenfinished race;
· assisting athletes with questions, suchas volunteers to download website and app forextra information on event, but pointing athletes and public to toilets,drinks, food, bag collection;
· other tasks assigned by the leaders onthe day.

NO.4NZ KungFu Wushu Championships
11,16,17 NovemberEvent name: NZ Kung Fu Wushu Federation National Championships
Event time & Arrangement:
Sunday11 November 1:00 pm (training day)
Trainingfor volunteers who will be working on Saturday 17 November at St Aidans Remuera, about 1.5 hours starting 1:00 pm.
Friday16 November 6:00 pm (volunteering day)
Setup of room, involves unloading a 40 foot long container (fully supervised) and setting up carpet and boxing ring ready for sanda and taolu.
Need 10 volunteers.
Saturday17 November 7:00 am to 6:00 pm (volunteering day)
Morning shift from 7:00 am to 12:30 pm, afternoon shift from12:30 pm to 6:00 pm.
Competition day assistance:
Door.
Car Parking and directing
Athlete check in and assigning athlete numbers.
Marshalling of competitors, including leading onto the carpet, salute judges, direct when and where to start.
computer operator with excel skills producing and printing results.
Production of certificates and preparation of medals.
Packup and tidy up
Need 30 volunteers
