Civil claim needs someone to write " Statement of Claims"

In the Statement of Claims will have the damages you seek to claim. That one, you will need to talk to Community Law Centre (if you need one).

If criminal charge is laid, sometimes the judge will order the person to pay compensation to the victim as part of sentencing.

Yes, go to police station.

Although you can also do online.

I did online before, and police called me back after few days. If you do online, you need to have good english and describe it very well. ie how things happened from beginning till the end and nature of injury etc etc.

If you go to police station, someone will help you to write and clarify with you if they don't understand. Bring photos and medical things with you.

报警留下记录, 然后看医生, 警察也许刚开始你看不到什么效果,但是警察会在将来的某一天突然出现在打人者的家里,一搬情况是一大早,甚至还没有起床的时候拿着一堆法律文件,然后把打人者拷进警察局,或者法院,等待法院宣判.

真的假的。。。

为啥三年前我的一个室友殴打另一个室友，用金属烧水壶砸脑袋，把水壶都砸出一个大坑，报警后警察很快就来了，然后就协商，带伤者去医院，然后开了点止疼药赔偿几十刀就完事了

是因为没见血么？

警察会写一大堆报告,然后报告给法院, 法院会择期开庭,宣判, 这个周期可能长,也可能不太长, 也许你知道的那个打人的回国了? 但是基本上都会呗起诉, 有的轻的是被打者主动去起诉, 中度以上 , 是警察强制起诉,和被打人关系不大.

被打的当时就搬走了，打人的又住了半年多后签证到期回国了，也没听打人的被传唤什么的

我一直以为这边打架警察就来看看就完事了

所以说,看我说的正好对,警察走程序比较慢, 正好打人的回国了, 就成了无头案了,除非发起国际诉讼, 你看被打的人,是否气不气 .
