哪位朋友能告诉我在表格中那个E3 应该选 yes 还是No 啊 If you do not meet the requirements for a permanent resident visa as set out in the Guide for Resident and Former Resident Visa Holders (INZ 1176), do you give permission for INZ to assess your eligibility for the grant of a variation of travel conditions or a second or subsequent resident visa instead?
Yes No
Go to Section H: Character declaration.

意思就是你的RV里面的条件不满足的话, PR就失败, 这时候你选YES 他们就会给你延期一年的travel condition, 210换一年..... 你就确保你申请符合条件就好了

应该选NO，如果你准备提交PR，前提是符合条件了。
