但大中介头子，居然把自己自住房给腰斩了。。。。怎么回事，好怕。。。太狠了！

连自己的底价都没有碰到，就被人把内裤拔了。。。

这个价估计就是个地价。这是两个section连在一起的吧。所以是卖了地的价格减去拆房子扔垃圾的成本费用。
