one tip if you'r seriously short sighted. contacts vision is more natural than the spectacle vision, so it's actually more comfy to wear contacts when readings for a long period of time. and pls pls pls make sure you look at something really far away with intention after 20 min of intense reading. readjusting your focus often is the key.作者: jdfd1125 时间: 2008-11-3 21:45:04
