房子看上去象是政府公房，而且是老房子的，又不是校区，CV 57W, 所以我猜价格在70-80W之间吧

一直以为这里算greenlane或者ellerslie。。。以前上学老是开车路过。

取暖基本靠抖

7，80 ？  地点不错啊，，怎么感觉现在啥blockhouse bay, mt Albert, Hillsborough ,之流的这么个房子也得7，80万啊，反而好区没贵多少？

买家比较理智，至少没有疯，这个房子看上去真的像50-60年代造的公房，所以要让人喜欢都难，604M2地还可以，交通方便是亮点

那里都不是Remuera了，其他附近成交都是76以下的

对啊，现在买家趋向于理智了。交通方便的话去南区高速挺难出来的，就算出来了到ladies mile 要转弯要等会儿的

Ellerslie north 这样的房起码拍到80w.... HOho那能说gi有些房是 gd, 或者说gd 是gi吗？区域划分参考gis viewer吧。。。

唉看不清了，刚看见一个要auction的，地大1000多在blck hs bay，虽然房子很烂，怎么又写明价格要50多万，地都能分割成两块卖个70万啊？？晕死。前天一个地产老和我说，“you must be silly if u wont sale  land now,cuz next year after rezoned you  will be one of the 10 thousand ppl they all can do subdivision ...price must be cheaper ”

It zoned for ellerslie school I think, which is pretty good for their little girl, but no good high school for the elder one, but I think they are rich and sending them to private...

generally for private school, not everyone can afford. is average 25k a yr. if 2 children will be 50k.

private school culture is very different, hard to describe. Child can become lonely in this kind of environment....


It is handy to send children near where you stay, they can walk to school etc. Just personal preference.
