我买的房子算plaster吗？求指点

原来该房子是一个2层的4房砖房，外加一个半封闭车棚。后来房主把车棚改造成内进式车库，用了plaster的材料。为了统一房子的整体外墙，在砖上又做了层plaster。
请问这样是否也算plaster的？是否有风险？
屋检报告是这样写的：
The cladding of the house has been altered a number of years ago. Brickwork has been given a plaster finish and the original vertical weathbords have been replaced with directed insulcald. All the cladding is in very good condition.

改车库要申报。报批通过审查了没有？需要证明里边是砖的才可以，只是涂料装饰是没有问题的。我见过很多房子里边是木头或者砖的外边刷涂料的。但是因为大家都介意这个。。。有证明是很重要的

车库是plaster没事，房体涂了层plaster不是更加保护你的外墙了吗，如果是真的话，应该里面敲上去很solid感觉，不是空空的响，其实我觉得是好事啊，这样的应该不算plaster
