Help? how to shift furnitures etc. to NZ

hello everyone

i was talking to my parents on the phone the other day. They want to send some stuff, i.e. clothes, furnitures and a little bit food to me (only for my personal use). I have heard about shipping and free tax for PR (within 5 years?). could anyone tell me which shipping company i should approach? what kind of precedures i will have to go through?
