房东找中介出售房子

各位大律师你们好，我第一次发帖实在是有了困扰，麻烦抽出一点时间看看能不能帮我回答一下，提前在这里谢谢了。事情是这个样子的，我在city通过中介租了一套apartment，大概一个月前，有一个Harcourt的中介联系我说原房东要出售房子，所以三番五次的一会要带人来看房子啦，一会要请人来拍照啦，然后还给我们说有什么三周的open home，然后让我们每周六周日挑一个时间让他们open home，说什么这是房主的权利我没有办法阻止（从2点到4点 挑一个小时给他们open home)，关键是他作为中介没有要到我现房的钥匙，每次我都要等着给他留门，然后再出门去，还说什么三周open home完了就没事了，今天理论是最后一天的open home, 他进来以后突然告诉我说什么下周三要进行房子的拍卖，所以下周一到周三如果有人想来看房子，我必须给他安排一个时间让他带人来。我问他怎么不提前通知，他说不需要提前通知，还说什么租客没有权利 阻止他们带人来看房子，我必须得给他安排时间，关键我租了间房，就想安静的住着，本人还有点洁癖，别人进家看这看那的总是不开心啦，想问问有什么办法阻止他之后的三天看房，一是给自己一个安静的空间，因为有很紧张的期末考试，不想因为这个还得跑出去什么的，烦，二是可以报复他一下，他说话嚣张兮兮的，张口我没什么什么权利，闭口我没什么什么权利，我总有权利不给他留门吧， 他进不来自己应该想办法，anyway，希望好心的法律大大帮帮我啦，谢谢你们~

总之就算不能阻止他，有什么合法的权利可以恶心恶心他？例如他说什么他给我一个notice 我24小时内必须给他时间让他带人来看房，我可不可以告诉他，给我一张writing notice，然后他来了让他自己想办法进门，我不负责开门，他没有钥匙不管我的事怎么样？

你不可以在没有合适的理由的情况下不让他来 但是找个理由比如你那会儿有事也是可以的
你不在的话也不需要给他留门

(3)With the prior consent of the tenant, the landlord may enter the premises at any reasonable time for the purpose of showing the premises—
(a)to prospective tenants; or
(b)to prospective purchasers; or
(c)to a registered valuer engaged in the preparation of a report on the premises; or
(d)to a real estate agent engaged in appraising, evaluating, or selling or otherwise disposing of the premises; or
(e)to an expert engaged in appraising or evaluating the premises; or
(f)to a person who is authorised to inspect the premises under any enactment.
(3A)For the purposes of subsection (3), the tenant—
(a)may not withhold his or her consent unreasonably; and
(b)may make the consent subject to any reasonable conditions.
