Graduate Developer role

You'll be joining our small close-knit team who are building and testing an internal bespoke system which has been designed to make our billing, timesheeting and project management tasks more streamlined and easy to use. Your passion for software and your keen interest in improving systems will make you a great fit for the team.
This role will be challenging as you're required to think on your feet and help to create innovative solutions that improve the user experience. Knowledge in C# and Silverlight is a real bonus.
The exciting part about working for Datacom is the exposure you will get to different projects, clients and technologies - once one project finishes it's on to the next! You will be an adaptable person who enjoys a changing environment and works well with a variety of people.
You pride yourself on your ability to take on constructive feedback and use it to improve your performance and you are excellent and following instructions as well as having initiative to ask questions when you don't understand or speak up when you think you have a better way of doing something!
