现在闹得很厉害, 已经email groupy 退了....

The manager of this restaurant is a really cheater and restaurant is not well organised.
I booked a table for 4. Two adults, 5 years old kit and 11 month baby.
He said 5 year old kid is $15 when I booked, but he charged $22.
There were no oysters, meat was very tough so my kid counld't eat and we had to move seats twice.
He led us to seat by window (I didn't ask) and told us that we would have to leave in an hour (what the hell!).
He said that seat is the last booked seat.( I didn't understand what he said. sounds like he didn't even write my booking at all)
Anyway, we had to move seat, but this one was in the asile so people were unable to pass if we put a pram by table, but no where to put.
I had to take a pram because by baby fell asleep on the way. so we have to move again.
I realy don't understand why the manager led us to that table.
NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

We would like to complain about the service of the Oceanview Restaurant. We had booked in for dinner on Sunday night for 6:30 pm. We arrived at the restaurant at 6:20 pm to a full restaurant with between 30 and 40 people waiting to be seated. There was a group of 10 that had booked to be seated at 6:00 pm. By 6:45 pm, one of the ladies in the group of 10 (who had a baby with her) was fed up and asked for a refund (as they had also purchased the deal off Groupy) - the manager of the restaurant was very rude to her and flogged her off claiming that he had other people to seat, even though this poor lady had been waiting for 45 minutes. After my husband and I had been waiting around until 6:45 also (and had seen how rude the manager was), we decided that we would also like a refund. The restaurant was over booked and very loud. My husband asked the lady at the desk if we could have our money back as we no longer wanted to eat there - she didn't speak a word of English and was more interested in gathering money from customers that had already eaten. By now, we were fuming and it was 6:55 pm. The manager was still refusing a refund and telling us that we weren't 'important' as there were people waiting for seats. As we were getting nowhere, we spoke to another lady who had the same attitude. She advised my husband that 'a restaurant is like a hospital, you don't get seen right away'... The public health industry and hospitality industry couldn't be any less alike! We were completely astonished as we made a booking for 6:30 pm and expected to be seated by 6:35 pm at the absolute latest. After advising the manager that we would take legal action, he gave us our money back - by now it was 7:15 pm and there was still no attempt to get us seated. It is very disappointing to be let down again by a restaurant voucher that we have purchased off Groupy - this is the second bad dining experience we have had using Groupy vouchers and nothing was done about the first one and we can pretty much guarantee that nothing will be done about this one either.
