Flatmate wanted

Hi we are looking for a fourth person to fill a room in our three bedroom house in Awapuni. It is available on 26th August.

Rent will be $160 per week plus $20 expenses(including gas, power, internet and flat necessities etc).

Your room is sunny and has a built-in wardrobe. This flat is very safe in a quiet neighborhood. We have security camera and remote control gate. There is also off street parking.

We are looking for a mature person who is clean, quiet and respectful. You'll be living with two females(31,26) and one male(36), all working full time. We also have two cats.

Move in cost $500(two weeks bond and one week's rent in advance). If you're interested please tell us a bit about yourself and a time you'd like to view.
