We are looking for a passionate Social Media Coordinator to join our team in Auckland. In this position, you will be responsible for providing a real New Zealand shopping experience to our customers from China through the WeChat app.
We have a fixed-term full-time role available. The ideal candidate for this role will have good attention to detail, communication and customer service skills.
The successful applicant will:
• be responsible for proactive communication with our customers in China, assessing our customers’ needs and providing assistance and information on our products and services;
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
• Keep records of customer complaints and solution adapted to solve the problem
• Go the extra mile to engage customers and maintain positive relationships with customer
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
• Be fluent in Mandarin as you will be working with customers from China.
