i am about to leave call center this week, worked for about 1 year, its good and bad.
good for English speaking, you will feel much different after a while
good for customer handling skill, i felt it is very helpful when i went for interviews after working in call centre for a while, you could handle all kinds of ppl, angry, fastrausting etc...
good for your next job, call center experience will provide you with the skill and expereince for the next job, especially in the customer service or supporting enviroment, employer like ppl having good ppl skill
roster job, bad for health, not regular eating and sleeping time, no regular time to see friend or any other events
after a while, ppl tend to lose interest in the job, as everyday is pretty much the same. especially if its is a big company, where the career development opportunity is not that much.
call center is not that secure, big company tend to outsource the call center to oversea.
but Good luck for Lou Zhu, lots of ppl are still looking for jobs,we are the lucky one |
