Dear Bankers

I'm always looking for finance with different banks.

If you are not making the process easy for me to get a pre-approval etc, then I will go to another bank, or another more knowledgeable banker within your bank.

(This is venting my frustration post, not a show off post, as I have borrowed my deposit for buying rental properties)

No just venting my frustration at people who are doing their job to the full, but don't help out the customers.

我买first home 的时候也试过kiwibank, 那个态度可好了,完全就是为你着想 不想你背上mortgage 的担子 最后我感动得决定这些人只能做朋友 不能有任何金钱上的瓜葛 结果去了westpac
