The Proficiency test is designed to meet the needs of Japanese language students who wish to test their level of skills in the worldwide criteria.

1.	Test Date and Time: 考试日期 Sunday, 6 December 2009 Please see attached timetable below. The precise location (Room Number etc.) will be notified on the test day.
2.	Application period:报名日期 Applications and test fees will be accepted from:Monday, 27 July to Friday, 4 September 2009 (Applications MUST arrive during this period.)
3.	Test Venues: Test Venue in Wellington: Massey University, Wellington Campus Block 7, Level C, Mt Cook, Wellington Test Venue in Christchurch: Christchurch Polytechnic (C.P.I.T) City Campus, X Block Address: Madras Street, Christchurch Test Venue in Auckland: 奥大考区 Engineering Building, The University of Auckland Address: 20 Symonds Street, Auckland
4.	Examination Fees: An examination fee must be included with each application. The fees for each level are as follows: Level 1 - $50.00 Level 2 - $50.00 Level 3 - $40.00 Level 4 - $40.00 These fees can be paid by cash or cheque but if posting application forms please do NOT send cash as we cannot be responsible for any loss. For applicants who will take the test in Wellington, please make cheque payable to: NZ J.L.P.T. Each examinee can sit ONLY ONE LEVEL each year. Please submit completed application forms with 2 identical passport sized photos attached and the examination fee (cheque if sending by mail).
