今晚车在北岸被KiWi撞了！！

今天在北岸上高速的口被人追尾了，因为他当时态度很好，一直和我道歉，还让我千万不要报警，所以当时就没报。只记下了他的名字，车牌号和家里的电话号码。现在想想有点后悔，万一他明天不承认了怎么办啊？如果明天他不承认，我再去报警的话，成功的机率大吗？警察应该会管的吧？请大家帮我想想办法。多谢了！！！

当时就应该报警，拍照片，现在再报警已经迟了，他可以耍无赖。。。

你应该让他当时给你写个是他的责任的证明。。。你俩签个字。。。

哎！ 第一次遇到这种事，没有经验啊。 我的车屁股上还有他车的漆， 当时他给他妈打电话， 他承认他的责任， 我也和他妈通了话，她妈说会和保险公司解决的。 能的顺利解决当然最好， 就怕万一！！ 不知道有没有补救的机会……

我也被追了一次就是记下对方的资料，后来就是，他给了我一个claim number，就去放在panel beater修了。

有必要报警吗？
我觉着没有必要把。 记下对方姓名车牌驾照，如果有照片就更好了。

没有照片，没有警察证明，没有证人，你是说不过对方的。kiwi一句话就可以把警察搞定。

你叫了警察，警察也未必回来，除非有人受伤了。

when you report to the police is not about Police can get your money back for you..

if you report to the Police, there will be a record, if you need to sue other driver, you got some paper work to prove the accident did happen...and Police will decide who is at fault.. so you dont need to argu who is at fault...

long story short, if you call the police, you got some backup...didnt call police, no backup at all..

for your case, the other driver may not have a licence or learner licence or maybe forbidden driver or disqualify driver.....(usually when people dont want to call the Police, something is wrong...)

报警 或者 如果你心善良的话 让他写一个AGREEMENT 上面写上你们两个的签名就好了~~

今天给他家打了个电话， 小Kiwi他爸接得， 态度一般吧。 他大体向我了解了一下当时的情况，然后说他儿子正在和保险公司联系，will keep touch with me. 我去了几家板金店 看了一下大概要1500左右才可以修好（ 没想到这么贵…………）。 我告诉了他爸大概修理的价格。 到周一看看他们什么反映吧。

对方可以不出示驾照的。。。。。。。。。。。

可是我学交规的时候上面有写只有警官和授权人员才可以要求看你的驾照啊~~

其实报警也没什么用~~~~~~~~~~ 上次 我车叫一个韩国人给撞了 我当时报警了  警察 不来 说不严重 让我自己解决 后来 好在他赔钱了

是的， 我学的交通规则上也是这么写得。我的驾照是不会随便给人看得， 所以我也没有要对方的驾照。

呵呵， 警察很忙的~ 尤其是下雨天， 车祸比较多， 按照危害性从高到低依次去，等到你那里都不知道什么时候了。
我房东有一次等了五个小时，警察都没来，最后和对方一起开去警察局了。

警察一般不会来得 除非有人受伤了 让他写个agreement就好了 买个保险最好

when you are involved in a crash, other driver have right to ask you for your full name, address, and vehicle registration.

driver's licence is to confirm their name and sometime address.

maybe is because my job, i always confirm name with a ID atleast....
