Are you doing anything else to increase your employability? If you aren't getting interview because of your current skill level / CV, preserver and do nothing else isn't going to get you anywhere.

Have you got your CV reviewed by anyone before? If you are keen PM me and send me a copy of your CV and i will try to go through and point out anything obvious. (i used to review CV and interview candidates for more than 5 years).

Thank you for you kind advice. I think my disadvantage is my skills and expeirence is not outstand at the moment.

是啊，现在IT的工作基本不招新人了，经济不好，大家都不愿意承担training的花费和风险。
