申请学生签证！POLICE CERTIFICATE???HELP!!! URGENT!

如题啊。。我申请学生签证，移民局发了邮件过来过要police certicate，有两种要provide。就是以下的两种：. You have to supply both a police certificate and a photocopy of the original police clearance certificate letter issued by the local Public Security Bureau or Vice Squad. (Please note that a police clearance certificate letter issued by an applicant's work unit, work unit security department, street office or talent centre is not acceptable.)

You should provide both the notarised police certificate and the photocopy of the certificate letter from local police authorities with your application.
我就是不知道中文是叫什么，所以我不懂叫我父母弄什么证明。我知道是无犯罪证明那些，但是在哪里弄，叫什么请问有谁弄过啊。。。真的很急。。。先谢谢大家帮忙

去你们家当地的派出所,说开无犯罪证明就好拉
