Hi Malcolm
I m the one who lodges a complaint of reference no. 2010/1xx39 and I was told from the call centre that the case has been allocated to you.
The details of the complaint is below so please scroll down to the bottom.
However, he does not appear to be on Queen Street today (although I don’t think you have time to go to Queen St immediately today anyway) but may do the same thing again anytime later.
If he is not there today or during the time you go for site visit but it happens that he does the same thing again later - may I just email/contact you so you can have a look OR do I need to lodge another complaint thru the Call Centre?
It does not appear police was willing to involve so only council can deal with him, as it is against the bylaw. I believe at least some kind of warning is necessary to deter this guy from offending again.
Please kindly advise and I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind Regards

Hi David
It does not appear he is there today, which is good. Just think it is likely that he may do this again unless at least he receives a warning by either police or council.
However, would you mind to please advise whether is it possible to find out to whom this case has been allocated to so I can follow this up with this ACE's officer in case if this happens again?
I understand it may take some time for ACE to allocate to an officer but any info on how this is done or who in ACE I should talk to about the job allocation will be much appreciated.
Kind Regards |
