the company is a legally registered nz company. some sort of sercurity supply company, Safe & Lock Service Ltd. give them a call and everything will be sorted! haha~

什么papers？ 为什么他会有那些papers？ 为什么他会知道我的地址和Email？

我们不在那里，不打电话会怎么样？觉得有些可怕。

If you sure that you do not have any relationship with them, then just ignore. or you can email back ask for more details, and keep all the infor as reference.
There are millions of ways can find your email and address, do not care too much.
