以前的Papakura district council,真是很垃圾!

不得不抱怨一下年初的一个Job...做个BC...第一次递进去没到一个月Council回信叫我提供点further information...我一看...52个items...直接崩溃...赶紧做完又递进去...这是今年4月.
今年8月.council又回了封信....説又要提供点further information...好家伙...29个items....我这赶紧回

今年11月.council 大神又来信了..11个items....

我从来没有做过哪个Job那么坎坷的...很多要求标明的东西我都标明了.那BC Processor不知道是不是眼睛有问题.我的回信写的很清楚在哪张drawing上面已经表明了.他居然找不到~!!

工作快3年了...这么棘手的事情第一次遇到!!~~...#$%^&*(

No more PDC, but people in the Building Consent Team there should be still the same as they are the front line officers and least affected by the restructuring for Auckland Council, thou they are now in different tag such as "Building Control Processing - South" or something similar....

I suggest you should suggest a meeting with that officer ASAP to sort all the issues out - thou I m surprised that your client can tolerate such a long delay?:)

client也是吃飽了撑的没事干...落差6米的地方要起single storey ....这样半边的房子全部用3m多高的pile支撑..另一边是3m多高的retaining wall...

跟他说這樣的设计很有问题...可能需要很长时间去申请BC,他也坚持要这么干...
总之什么人都有...client是韩国棒子

非常同意LZ的话，Papakura district council真的很垃圾，不过我没LZ这么NB，我最多收到过RFI 22个 items
现在觉得AUCKLAND和MANUKAU的申请BC是最快的，其他AUCKLAND地区以外的小COUNCIL也很快

我都快疯了...这个世界真的什麼变态都有!!个人觉得manukau那边的是最好申请的!!!
