大家对在皇后镇买度假屋做投资怎么看？贷款容易吗？

I think there are already plenty of resorts/hotels/motels there, and the holiday season there mostly is winter time...so I'd rather spend that money to buy several apartment/units in Auckland and they can get rented out most time of the year, which means more stable income.
But if you do buy a holiday house there, I would like to go as a guest! haha

我每次都夏天去，每次订房都很困难。不过我都是订别人的度假屋，因为便宜嘛，住一大家子人才200多一天。可是换那个房东的立场，那个房子才四五十万，他一年差不多只要租出去100天就保本了。当然我不知道他的维护成本了。这种度假屋，有好景的，在夏天（注意啦，据我观察旺季是夏天）都是爆满的，我觉得100天是很保守的。我认为关键是维护成本，还有就是贷款的难度。
再说，我说买度假屋，那个屋子，本来也就是度假屋，换主人而已，并不增加供给。那个城市人口增加很快，流动性也很强，很多各国各地的白人年轻人，去工作几年就离开，并不买房，所以出租市场也不错的。
