same principle, people from shanghai, perking, hongkong, taipei if they sell their property there and will have a lot of cash to buy good properties in akl.
People from smaller provinces if they sell their properties is harder to match the properties they want to buy in auckland and will have to do some adjustments.
Invest in tier-1 cities will always have better advantage, although entrance to buy is always harder and a lot of reality checks and adjustments.
Can't compare carrot with apple, have to compare apple with apple |
