I lived there many years ago...
the building is OK, I have a friend's mother owns more than 20 units there, I think the bodycorp fees is high and not well managed.

I almost bought Tetra
It's not leaky, but looking at the body corp rules and LIM, it's only for short term accommodation. So depends what you feel about it...

Quality wise no issues...
