新西兰的免执照无线通讯（CB）

各国的无线电管理都是很严格的，为了避免对其它无线业务的影响。各国对个人免执照频段都有不同的规定，美国、中国可以用的不一定可以在新西兰使用。这是从新西兰官方RSM（Radio Spectrum Management）网站上找到的一些信息，供参考：

执照

使用特定的CB设备不需要执照，这些设备只能在指定的频率工作，限定功率。例如各种儿童玩具、家用对讲机和户外旅行用的设备。RSM的规定如下

General User Licences (GUL)
General User Radio Licences (GURL) and General User Spectrum Licences (GUSL) provide for certain classes of radio transmitter to be used without the need for the owner to obtain an individual licence in their own name. Provided the equipment meets the applicable technical standards, operates only on the allocated frequencies and meets any other requirements specified in the licence, the equipment may be freely used by anyone in New Zealand.


频率

首先，HF提供27 MHZ的40个频率，但HF的不常用。常用的UHF频段是476 MHZ的80个频率点。
新西兰CB频率的规定跟澳大利亚相同；跟美国、欧洲和中国不同，不能使用

HF (High Frequency) Citizen Band (CB) radios
CB radio operates in both the 26 MHz band and the international 27 MHz band in New Zealand.

UHF (Ultra High Frequency) Citizen Band (CB) radios
UHF Citizen Band radios from USA (FRS or GMRS) or from the UK or Europe (PMR446) and other countries are on frequencies which will cause interference and must not be brought into New Zealand.

Australia’s UHF Citizen Band service operates in the 476 MHz band, the same as the Personal Radio Service (PRS) in New Zealand. UHF CB radios acceptable in Australia are acceptable for use in New Zealand.

HF的40个频率点从26.330000 MHZ-26.77000 MHZ和26.96500 MHZ-27.405000 MHZ，间隔0.01000 MHZ，共40个频点，功率限制12W；

UHF的80个频点从476.42500 MHZ-477.40000 MHZ和476.43750 MHZ-477.41250 MHZ，间隔0.02500 MHZ，共80个频点，功率限制8W。

补充一下设备，由于新西兰奇葩的CB频段（476-478MHZ），国内大多数设备都不支持这么高的频率，有名的灵通9600最高就只能支持到470MHZ，所以无法在这里使用。

宝峰5R可以支持到480MHZ，但是它的可靠性非常让人担心，google一下到处是各种电池接触不良的报道。

最后我的选择是欧讯 UV9D，频率最高到512 MHZ。新出的机器，优点很多，缺点对我只有两个：
1. 价格超出预算，比灵通9600贵了近一倍；
2. 全彩屏幕，对应的耗电增加，朋友的使用经验是待机一天耗一半的电。多天track就要考虑携带备用电池了。
