大律师好!以下是我现在遇到的情况,请帮忙给专业意见谢谢:
我于今年4月份在Botany绿灯刚转黄灯的时候前面一辆Honda急刹我撞到了他后护栏,当时马上下车看看,看到了前面的Honda车护杠凹进去了一点点,于是就跟车主商量赔了他一百元,当时因为他也同意我赔偿一百元所以没报警.
过了2周我收到了对方保险公司寄来的信:

We are the owner of the vehicle FUDXXX and must apologise for not attempting to make contact with the party with whom we have had the accident on Chapel Road with. On site we made the assumption that the damage to the other party was relatively small and that the one hundred dollars we gave to the driver at the time was sufficient to cover repairs. We understand that was unprofessional and apologise. Not only was that a crude attempt to pay for reparations but also that amount was obviously not enough if you are having to contact us. Our proposed plan of action is for you and your client at your end to find your closest automobile repair business and forward a quote to us. If we find the price reasonable we will pay the automobile repair directly through online banking. If this is satisfactory to you please take your time to receive a quote. If not, please tell us in detail what you would prefer to do.
得不到回复后我再发了一封信:
Sent: Saturday, 2 May 2015 10:51 p.m.
To: Pauline Downey
Subject: FW: 38 0362522 HMR
Dear Ms Downey,
We are sending this email to ensure that you have received our contact. If so, please reply with how the repair quote for the vehicle is coming along. We are concerned that you may have not received the email and have assumed we have not taken action. Please reply to ensure that we are all on the same page.
过了一个多星期后收到了来自他们公司的另一个人回复:

Hi Yes we have received your email. We have not yet received the repair invoice for our clients repairs. When this has been received we will contact you again for payment of these costs.

到了今天又收到还是不同的人这样一封信: 
信里面只有这一张纸信什么都没有. 请问大律师我是否需要付保险公司开出来的$4353.38?我觉得非常不合理,请问除了保险公司之外我还可以找什么部门去讨论这个事情?我都已经说过价格合理我会照付,但当时车只是凹进去了一点而已,几个月后再给我寄来这样一封信我觉得非常的不合理.请大律师指点指点该怎么处理.谢谢.
