求助关于工作合同的问题

首先说下我的个人情况，4月份和公司签了3个月试用期的临时合同，本来应该7月份签正式合同但是由于各种原因一直拖到了9月，拿到合同发现合同条款关于terms这条写的是：

The terms and conditions of this agreement will be effective from 01 September 2015. This
agreement will not expire however an update contractor will be issued by the legal counsel of
NAL Civil and Structural Engineers Ltd by the 30 January 2016 thereafter this agreement is
revoked, unless sooner terminated in accordance with its terms and conditions.

不明白2016年1月30日这个是干嘛？因为接下来打算办理PR所以希望有哪位专业人士帮忙给看一下，这个合同这部分有没有问题？

我个人理解是说这个合同1月30号要更新一下，可能是薪金等要review一下，但是还是会一直执行的，是一个无限期合同

谢谢~楼上，另外还有个问题，就是合同里还有一部分是关于试用期的，但是我的试用期早就已经完成了，这部分是统一格式还是什么？
10. PROBATION PERIOD
10.1 A probation period will apply for the first 90 days of employment to assess and confirm
suitability for the position. Employer will provide guidance, feedback and any necessary
support to the employee during this period. Both parties will promptly discuss any
difficulties that may arise and the employer will appropriately warn the employee if the
employer is contemplating termination of this agreement. Any termination must comply
with Clause 13 and 14 of this agreement.
