Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at Paihia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of management experience, a relevant degree, and the ability to oversee our reception, spa, and restaurant operations. You will work closely with the owner to ensure the smooth running of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests. This role requires flexibility, including the ability to work 7 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

        •        Oversee daily operations of reception, spa, and restaurant.
        •        Assist the owner in managing staff and ensuring high service standards.
        •        Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
        •        Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
        •        Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
        •        Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
        •        Monitor and manage budgets, inventory, and supply orders.

Requirements:

        •        Minimum of 2 years of management experience in the hospitality industry.
        •        Relevant degree in hospitality, business management, or a related field.
        •        Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
        •        Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
        •        Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
        •        Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
        •        Proficiency in using PMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
        •        Holding a valid visa to working.
