楼主是那个部门的??
昨天我们这里的Animal Welfare Officer就发了email给我们, 原文如下:
All staff: please distribute to any dog owners you know.
Alert from MAF:
A number of dogs have been diagnosed with a suspect poisoning in the last 24 hours. Five dogs have been on Narrowneck Beach. There are also possible reports of one dog which was on Browns Bay beach and another that was on a beach on Waiheke Island.
Dogs have presented with vomiting 10-15 minutes after apparent ingestion of toxin, followed by continuous vomiting. Two dogs have died (one aged 14mnth and the other 12y) and the others have recovered. MAF is waiting for post mortem results from the two dead dogs.
Veterinarians are asked to report treating any dogs which may fit the above, to the MAF 0800 number - 0800 80 99 66
The only advice that can be given is to keep dogs off beaches in the Auckland area and if dogs become ill following being on a beach, should be taken to their nearest veterinarian. The story has been picked up by the media and North Shore City Council is erecting signs on Narrowneck Beach. |
