请问关于学生津贴

your combined income is more than $384.02 but less than $800.01 a week before tax and you live with your partner	$68.78
your combined income is more than $384.02 but less than $800.01 a week and you live away from your partner	$102.46
your combined income is $384.02 or less a week before tax	$317.30
you are both students, but only one of you is eligible for the Student Allowance	$190.39
you are both students, eligible for the Student Allowance	$158.65 each

我PR刚满两年有申请student loan
Partner PR不满两年 现在FULL TIME STUDENT 有申请 student loan
我们没有任何收入

请问我申请学生津贴带上partner  应该拿$317.30  还是$190.39啊？
这两项有什么区别呢？ 看不太懂

之前请教过同样的问题 答案是$357 那应该是317＋40房补
可是“you are both students, but only one of you is eligible for the Student Allowance”
这说的是哪一种情况？

你们两位都是全职学生，但是你的partner的PR时间不够，所以你们是both students, only one eligible，所以你每周只能领190.39加上$40的accommodation benefit，因为你的partner不符合拿津贴的条件，所以可以选择学生贷款的living cost加上房补，当然如果她不想要living cost，单独申请房补也是可以的。

有一点需要澄清的是房补是accommodation supplement，而居住在akl地区$40每周的是acommodation benefit。Accmmodation supplement是单独申请，accommodation benefit必须跟着学生津贴。

如果她不是学生而且收入在标准以下，那么不管她是不是PR，或者人在不在NZ，你都可以领$317.30 + $40 (AKL)。

她是学生当然不可能正常工作 没有家庭收入 而我只能拿到190.39

如果她不是学生 可以有家庭收入（在一定标准以下）
我反而能拿到 更多的$317.30？？？

这个逻辑不是很混乱吗？

没有一个政策是完美无瑕的，但是我可以很负责任的告诉你，目前的政策就是这样。
你们两个都是学生，所以要么就是both student both eligible，要么就是both studen, only one eligible，你的伴侣没有2年PR，那你们肯定不符合前者。

必须没孩子才能申请吗？如果有孩子怎么办？

有孩子也能申请，rate可能不一样而已，好像一共也是350多，不过有孩子的还有可能可以拿IRD的补助，关于IRD的东西，我就不太清楚了。
