Borrowing money from bank is the normal way to invest these days.
As for the type of property to invest in, decide on what you want, ie cashflow vs capital gains, or a balance of both.
Work out a 10 year plan, and at the end of 10 years:
1) how much passive income you want from your portfolio
2) what loan to value ratio
3) where you would like your properties be in? auckland central? northshore? west? south? east? |
