老婆在国内申请open工签

我在NZ，现在拿毕业后的一年的OPEN工签；老婆在国内，准备申请配偶的OPEN工签。请问是她在国内申请方便，还是把护照寄到这边申请方便？都需要什么材料？谢谢

你老婆在国内只能在国内递申请。
我当时为对方准备了如下资料：

1.        Work Visa/Permit Application Form(NZIS 1015)
2.        passport of your wife
3.        ID and residence cards of China of your wife（居民身份证）
4.        Permanent residence booklet original and copy（户口本）
5.        Notarial certificate of relationship（结婚公证书）
6.        Additional Application for Visit/Study/Work(NZIS 1027)
7.        Two photographs of  your wife
8.        The evidence of a genuine and stable partner relationship:
1) Marriage certificate
2) wedding video and photographs living together
3) Some Emails and phone call lists between you when you are in NZ
4) Co-owned real estate registration certificate
5) Stock certificate
9.        Police certificate
10.        Medical certificate
11.        Funding certificates from the banks in China and New Zealand
12.        Letter of consent from the company
13.        yours passport and work permit visa copy
14.        Form for partners supporting partnership-based temporary entry applications form(INZ 1146)
15.        Accommodation certificate in NZ
16.        Letter of invitation from you

在问一下：配偶OPEN工签一旦批下来，有没有对何时来纽的时间限制？就是说是否规定必须在批下来后多久必须动身来纽？

没有限制的吧，但是工签有时限啊，比如批了你一年，你过了半年再过来，那半年过去又要再申请的呀。。
