求助！！明天auckland city council的面试，问下请假和推荐人的问题

如题，明天下午去city council面试。有两个问题希望大家给我出出主意。。。

• 因为是通过中介介绍的，他提前跟我说需要两个manager level的人做推荐人，请问下大家情况是这样的吗？ 因为我现在做的是我的第一个工作，只有一个经理，我去哪找第二个经理给他啊。。。大家也都是这种情况吗？
• 大家都请什么假去面试？请事假没什么理由。。。 请病假的话，如果回头需要经理的推荐，他不就知道当时我撒谎了吗？。。。

忘了说了。。。申请的工作是IT的，属于information services dept的，有没有在这个部门工作的老大？？？

Seems to more and more brothers and sisters will work for council, cool one.

Simply tell them your situtation.

But first of all, make sure you get thing correct - there is NO Auckland City Council anymore but just one Auckland Council - it could cost you a job opportunity if you dont get a basic thing likes this right (although I know, as an IT person, you may not even care what Council does <or u may only remember it gives you a parking ticket or collects your rubbish bags every Monday but nothing else ~> and what the hell it is going on at the local government level in NZ ~) as it could give a bad impression for the interviewers .....good luck.

I m not an IT guy so I m not too sure what will be but other than the technical ones in your area, I guess all the typcial HR craps (time management, team work, etc)  will be asked so probably think about them.

Also, it may pay to have a read of Auckland Council's website, have some general understanding of what Council does and its structure may help.

如果你只有一个manager，那就跟对方说是manager，并找个跟你关系硬的同事做你的referee。通常跟你要referee了就会接受你了，这时候最好找你manager坐下谈谈你将来的工作，让你manager有心理准备你要跳槽，并且让你manager给你说好话。

当然请假了难道怎样去面试？  跳槽就是有更好前（钱）途才去的，所以一点点annual leave算什么呢？

至于怎样请假？ Lie to your boss，simple。
