关于Diversion后入籍

2年前因为一点事被警察抓了，然后上庭被起诉，因为那次是初犯，所以法官给我一个diversion的机会，还说这次起诉不会写进我的记录里。
到明年我就在NZ待够5年，每年满240天。要是我想入籍，我那次上庭会影响到我的申请吗？
因为那次我捐了点钱以后符合diversion的条件，检方也对我免于起诉，然后起诉和上庭也没写进我的报告里，总归就是没conviction也没记录。

我看政府网上是这么写的

Good CharacterYou need to be of good character.

How is the requirement assessed?
To determine whether you are of good character the Minister will consider the answers you have given in your application. We will also complete background checks with the New Zealand Police and other agencies. Convictions

• within the previous seven years you were subject to a sentence of imprisonment of less than five years; or
• within the previous three years you were convicted of an offence but did not receive a sentence of imprisonment.

三年之内没有conviction的记录就可以了。
