Hi Guys,

The Lean Forum has asked for us to provide feedback from you all on the following question:

The Question Is:- What one “Major” thing would you change in order to improve time utilisation?

The aim is to group our finding and action some Specific Measurable Agreed Realistic Timed ways of helping us/you, overcome this problem.

When answering the above question, please consider the following:-
1)
What distracts you from your purpose and/or chews up your available time resource throughout the day?
2)
What is/are the impact(s) and result(s) on your essential/day to day scheduled tasks?
3)
What is/are the cumulative effect(s) of the above?
4)
How able are you to sustain and recover from this?
5)
How does this affect you personally, in terms of stress levels and job satisfaction?


我们这地人多工作少,说实话8小时的工作,有效工作时间最多4小时,然后都做点自己的事情, 不明白领导为啥要讨论这个,难道他心里真的不明白??
