求教wheel alignment 前轮不能调节的问题

求教各位大侠，本人有个2013 原厂在保的benz c200，昨天做了service，做service也有段故事，做之前报价700多，最后要收900多，经过交涉，最后退了我150多块。所以到原厂做service的人要注意点，还有我感觉原厂的service价格似乎好像可以议价。
做service的时候顺便做了wheel alignment， 有报告如下：
“Vehicle alignment is within specification however, vehicle will pull in one direction due to it not being setup for NZ roads. if customer would like to rectify this they will require asjustable caster bolts $45+GST( PARTS ONLY)."

我问这个原厂保修保不保，说不保，外加人工费$100，大概需要花$200修理这个问题。

请教大侠，这个问题为何原厂不保呢，有没有什么办法让原厂掏钱？谢谢。

如果还在warranty, 就去原厂吧，不然的话，midas, aa...都做的不比原厂差。。。。。。

谢谢回复，我是在原厂做的service，原厂说不保修，我就是不理解这点。
