关于入籍申请的交通罚单

大家好 五年多前 警察给了一张罚单 我提交入籍申请的时候 问了内政部的服务人员 他让我不用写 说是只有上庭的才用写上去 而且时间都五年多了 罚金五年多前也交过了 去提交材料前 我的解释信都准备好了 他让我tick no 不用提交 大家还有谁遇过这种情况吗？谢谢

是你想太多。我申请pr时候也有一张罚单，打电话问co和cc，他们说没上庭就没事。谁都不是圣人，都有犯错时候，别太敏感了，你又不是杀人放火的大事。

罚单好几张都没事，不要上庭就好

今天发现入籍表格变了
这是以前的问题:
Have you ever had any infringements  / fines in New Zealand or any other country?
Even if you have paid the fines, please include all your traffic fines (including speed camera fines), fishery
breaches, immigration infringements. DON’T include parking fines.
If Yes. You need to include a letter with the details of what happened.

现在的问题变成:
Have you ever been convicted or found guilty of any offence against the
law of New Zealand or any other country?
Include any convictions even if you have paid the fine



Infringements like speeding or parking tickets become court fines if you don’t pay them on time.

所以现在入籍的时候 服务人员就不让填写没有上过庭的那种交通罚单了
