Full-Time Account Manager -Immediate Start Our company is doing PPE/medical-related business, we are looking for a full-time account manager to support the sales team and busy office. Salary negotiable depending on the experiences.
Responsibilities l Building and maintaining strong relationships with allocated clients l Handling new business emails and answering clients enquiry in a timely manner l Handling account administration, including quotation, billing, supplier invoices, emails and phone calls l Coordinating & attending meetings with various stakeholders, taking minutes, preparing correspondence and following through on action items l Assist in managing project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope l Preparation and proofing of documentation l Creating and reviewing reports and presentation l Support sales and supply chain team l Administration and office work may require l Any other duties or tasks reasonably required
Requirements l Proven Experiences on Account management/Customer Service l Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and Powerpoint, specifically) l Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude l Excellent English both in written and verbal communication l Attention to detail l A high level of initiative and resilience. l Be able to meet deadlines and organise work priorities l A quick learner – you aren’t afraid to admit that ‘you don’t know what you don’t know,’ but are willing to learn. l NZ permanent residence preferred
