Located in a quiet area.It has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens & 3 lounges. It also, has a sunny nice deck at the back of the house. Our home location offers an easy access to the Countdown,New world and other shops, restaurants, Cafes & bus stops and within a veryshort driving distance. About 10-minute drive from Westgate shopping center& Northshore. Also, a short walking distance to Scott point beach -brickbat bay. One Sunny bedroom with a shared bathroom is available, the bedroom is furnished with a double size bed, mattress, and bedside. D; P3 K+ _' R3 ^1 I1 X% ^
There is a little dedicated kitchen that is shared byflatmates. The almost new fridge is shared with only flatmate. Everyone here is very friendly, polite, quiet and enjoys asense of humour. We are all working professionals. ; p3 \0 A- ^5 U
The rent will be $280/week for single (including all untilities) (3weeks bond and one week rent in advance is required prior to the move in date).Rent includes water, electricity, high-speed internet and gas. Parking ison-street only.
