橱柜Designer/ Sales Consultant
工作地点：Rosedale。
工作时间：周一至周五 9:00-17:00 （或根据业务情况周末加班）
Little Giants Interiors做为高端定制橱柜界的新星，不仅拥有先进的德国激光橱柜生产设备，满足每一位客户的个性化需求，为客户量身打造专属厨房及橱柜。 业务内容涵盖：住宅橱柜（厨房橱柜，浴室盥洗柜，衣柜等），设计/ 制作 / 安装，以及商业橱柜/展柜 设计，制作与安装。
薪资根据个人经验高于法定最低工资，并享受法定假期等待遇。

Designer/Sales Consultant
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and functional requirements for their kitchen space.
- Gather information on constraints and timeline expectations.
- Develop innovative and practical kitchen designs that align with client preferences and industry trends.
- Utilise design software and tools to create detailed plans, including layout, materials, and color schemes.
- Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback into the final design.
- Recommend appropriate appliances, fixtures, and materials based on functionality and aesthetics.
- Work closely with the interior team, contractors, and vendors to ensure the smooth execution of design plans.
- Provide support during the construction and installation phases to address any design-related issues.
- Develop accurate cost estimates for proposed kitchen designs, considering materials, labor, and other associated costs.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
SkillsRequired
- Experience as an Interior OR Kitchen Designer with a portfolio showcasing successful projects
- Proficiency in design software such as Sketchup Or 20-20 Design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and innovations
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the design and implementation process
