Kaimai Cheese Company Limited is a 100% owned subsidiary of Pinlive Foods Co., Ltd. established in 2023 and located at 2 Hawes Road, Waharoa, Matamata, Wakaito District.
Pinlive Foods was established in 1997. It is now a leading distributor of imported food and beverage products in China. The biggest category of the company is dairy products, especially UHT milk. Weidendorf, a brand owned by Pinlive Foods, has been the market leader in imported liquid milk category in China for the last 5 years.

工作职责:

1. 根据中国总部要求,结合新西兰当地情况,开展日常人力资源和行政工作

2. 负责新西兰当地人力资源全流程,包括但不限于员工入离职、考勤管理、薪酬、税务和社会保险等的处理等;
3. 负责新西兰当地员工招聘;协调组织相关培训;
4. 管理人事档案,精确维护相关数据,编制各类人力资源报告;

5. 工厂日常运作所需的行政事务工作
6. 协助生产经理保证工厂正常运作,必要时担任翻译或口译。

任职要求:
1. 本科以上学历,在新西兰有5年以上人力资源工作经验;
2. 精通新西兰当地的就业政策和法规;
3. 认真负责,积极主动;
4. 沟通、协调、计划、执行能力强;
5. 中英文口语及书面表达流利。

HR & AdministrativeSpecialist


Responsibilities:

1.      In charge of day-to-day HR andadministrative tasks of the NZ plant in line with the requirements of the Chinaheadquarters and the actual situation of NZ.

2.      Manage the full spectrum oflocal HR functions in NZ, including but not limited to employee onboarding andoffboarding, attendance management, payroll, taxation, and social benefits, etc.

3.      Manage the local recruitmentefforts in NZ and coordinate relevant training programs.

4.      Maintain and manage personnelfiles, update HR data accurately, and formulate HR reports.

5.      Handle administrative tasksessential for the daily operations of the plant.

6.      Assist the Production Managerin ensuring normal and smooth plant operations, and serve as a translator orinterpreter when necessary.


Qualifications:

1.      Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 5 years of HR experience in NZ.

2.      In-depth knowledge of NZemployment policies and regulations.

3.      Responsible and proactive.

4.      Strong in communication,coordination, planning, and execution.
