My fellow citizens:

俺的肥罗老少爷们呦：

I stand here today humbled by the task before us, grateful for the trust you have bestowed, mindful of the sacrifices borne by our ancestors. I thank President Bush for his service to our nation, as well as the generosity and cooperation he has shown throughout this transition.

俺今儿个杵在这圪塔，瞅着台下乌泱泱的银们，哎呀妈呀，银咋这么多呢？俺心里很是鸡冻和兴奋呐。你们觉得俺长得尊，长得对得起咱老祖宗，俺谢谢你们！俺还是要低调，要淡定，身后有俺布大哥直勾勾地瞅着俺，俺后脑勺有点发凉。俺要感谢布大哥，这么多年了，不光国家折腾，他也没少折腾，现在他要回家种地了，把掌门位子传给了俺，还教会了俺“凌波微步”，以后你们朝我丢多少鞋俺也不惧了，布大哥，谢谢啊！

Forty-four Americans have now taken the presidential oath. The words have been spoken during rising tides of prosperity and the still waters of peace. Yet, every so often, the oath is taken amidst gathering clouds and raging storms. At these moments, America has carried on not simply because of the skill or vision of those in high office, but because We the People have remained faithful to the ideals of our forebearers, and true to our founding documents.

之前有四十四个美国银也像今天的俺一样站在这里忽悠你们，四十四个银啊，有被枪杀的，有中风的，还有没拉好裤链的。他们都不容易，尤其是俺布大哥，放着德克萨斯州家里好大的田不种，花了八年的时间陪你们满世界找人过招，打得伊拉克满地找牙，还被你们戳后脊梁。你们不道啊，布大哥家里的田老好了！瞧那苞米长得，那土豆子，老毙了。还有俺克大哥，里大哥——俺这次是踩着克嫂子的脑袋上来的，对不起克嫂，俺就是打个比方，服务员，赶紧给俺克嫂搬个板凳，别让银家杵着，挺老累的。里大哥已经见林肯去了，他走之前跟我唠过好几次，止不住夸过俺是好银，靠谱，就是摸俺的时候那手一直哆嗦，跟踩电门似的。

So it has been. So it must be with this generation of Americans.

俺们美国银就是一代传一代，掌门历来传男不传女，俺是第四十五代传人，不容易啊。

That we are in the midst of crisis is now well understood. Our nation is at war, against a far-reaching network of violence and hatred. Our economy is badly weakened, a consequence of greed and irresponsibility on the part of some, but also our collective failure to make hard choices and prepare the nation for a new age. Homes have been lost; jobs shed; businesses shuttered. Our health care is too costly; our schools fail too many; and each day brings further evidence that the ways we use energy strengthen our adversaries and threaten our planet.

俺们现在的日子过得不顺流，大家心里都挺憋屈，俺知道，俺理解。世界上其他的犄角旮旯都隔应俺们，你们以为俺心里好受么？俺刚上台，印尼那帮B银就扯王八犊子，说俺以前在他们那圪塔借宿的时候，上小学爱摸小丫头腚。这不找收拾么？俺跟你们保证，上台以后俺往死里整他们！说到国内，俺们现在的口袋都贼紧，美国银开始算钱省着过日子了，大逆不道啊！这怎么可以呢？啥也别说了，俺在这立个军令状，过几年俺一定让乡亲们的荷包都鼓起来，买种子，买化肥，大礼拜能下趟馆子，想吃肯德基就决B不吃麦当劳，点个汉堡包，加个蛋，加双黄的！俺还多做个保证，看见俺脚上这锃亮的皮鞋没有，康奈的，到时候老爷们一人整一双，小伙都穿阿迪王！

These are the indicators of crisis, subject to data and statistics. Less measurable but no less profound is a sapping of confidence across our land -- a nagging fear that America's decline is inevitable, and that the next generation must lower its sights.

本来俺估么着给大家预备点数据曲线图啥玩意的，也充回专业，结果俺的技术员们干点啥事吭哧憋度，费了老鼻子劲半天啥也没给俺整出来。这帮混吃等死的玩意儿，俺以后把他们都开了，让他们滚犊子，回家烤地瓜崩爆米花去。就冲俺这虎得招儿的劲儿，还有俺这贼拉硬的词，你们都得稀罕俺，信任俺，不能往俺口袋里揣羊毛剌子。更不许搁背地里埋汰俺，俺耳朵带刺的，听得可真著了！这充专业的事先撩一边吧。

Today I say to you that the challenges we face are real. They are serious and they are many. They will not be met easily or in a short span of time. But know this, America: They will be met.

有银跟俺抱怨，这人生的过道啊是越走越窄，马路牙子却越来越高，老有银给俺们美国下黑脚，一磕卜愣盖就吐鲁一层皮，血糊糊的，多暂是个头啊？俺跟你们说，这不算啥，这算啥呀？你们不道啊，俺在夏威夷出生的，俺爹俺娘打鱼的，从小就瞅他们就撒丫子浪头里滚啊摔啊，逮几条黄花鱼可不容易了。他们逮鱼的时候，我就搁岸上玩Sand of Beach，晒脸，捣鼓网，就是“歪脖”，俺对这歪脖老熟了，要不能把你们都罩住么？放心，跟俺混，俺本事，有出息，肯定让你们背服俺，必须的。

On this day, we gather because we have chosen hope over fear, unity of purpose over conflict and discord.

今儿这天挺老冷啊，俺看大家冻得鼻涕拉撒的，赶紧往一块凑凑，“谢尔”点热乎气儿，等会儿居委会大妈把水烧开了，大家伙往暖壶里可劲灌。你瞅瞅，俺们美国银就是这么抱团，不分男女老少，互相都搂大脖，这场面多感银呐，咣咣的。

On this day, we come to proclaim an end to the petty grievances and false promises, the recriminations and worn-out dogmas, that for far too long have strangled our politics.

今儿俺还想扯扯历史，但听说央视有个同声翻译的大妹子因为俺被单位给开了，把吃饭的家伙给整没了，真闹心，现在她家里人不乐意了，天天咣咣砸我屋门，干鸡毛啊，俺不是夸了句央视新大楼带劲，跟俺媳妇给俺织的羊毛裤衩似的么？真整不明白这央视脑瓜子里一天到晚都琢磨啥，去xxx，有毛病啊。

We remain a young nation, but in the words of Scripture, the time has come to set aside childish things. The time has come to reaffirm our enduring spirit; to choose our better history; to carry forward that precious gift, that noble idea, passed on from generation to generation: the God-given promise that all are equal, all are free, and all deserve a chance to pursue their full measure of happiness.

俺们国家岁数挺小，彪呼呼的，老能干架了，想跟俺们比划比划可别受伤，俺们一电炮对出去，能把你对出好几里地外。不信俺给你们显摆一下俺的功夫，嗨！嗨！咔咔咔！瞧见没有，瞧俺这套路，谁敢跟俺不忿，俺先挠他个满脸开花，然后照老二就是一顿踹，踹得他五迷三道，满地打滚。俺们美国有句老话，小树不卡册不直溜，小崽子不修理就跟你哏啾啾，以后谁敢跟俺们穷得瑟，瞎扯蛋，瞎逼哧，瞎白乎，瞎鸡歪，干死他们，让他们全褶子了！老天爷让俺们都长得贼膀，俺们就得横！把他们收拾老实了，没事不突鲁反涨了，让干点啥事给俺们沙愣办，这才能让俺们余卓。俺们还得多交几个铁子，打群架了喊一嗓子就能过来帮俺们摆平，平时得多走动，感情深才能一口闷啊。

In reaffirming the greatness of our nation, we understand that greatness is never a given. It must be earned. Our journey has never been one of shortcuts or settling for less. It has not been the path for the fainthearted -- for those who prefer leisure over work, or seek only the pleasures of riches and fame. Rather, it has been the risk-takers, the doers, the makers of things -- some celebrated, but more often men and women obscure in their labor -- who have carried us up the long, rugged path toward prosperity and freedom.

俺白话了大半天，嘴皮子都磨出血泡了，我先咬口中街大果，哎呀妈，凉死俺了，不吃了，拔牙。媳妇啊，你去外屋地给俺和乡亲们闷饭去呗？闷饭前洗手，洗手用胰子洗。今儿来蹭饭的人太多，你把积的酸菜都拿出来，拿大勺川白肉。还有酱缸里的茄子，雪里蕻，咸菜疙瘩都倒腾出来。把家里狗也宰了，烤烤，大家都爱吃热狗。对了，再把鸡杀了，山德士大爷搁这儿呢，让他把鸡炸了，多撒点胡椒面。来来来，老少爷们娘们们，都别见生啊，打扑克的上炕玩儿去，打麻将的跟俺到厅里去。行了导播你赶紧把直播掐了吧，俺们要逮饭啦，大家可劲造啊！
