今天下午2点,我和我老婆准时来到了city ，和我们的co Rebecca 面试。 我们有了细水的面试总结和经验感觉不是那么的紧张。 我们的面试进行的很快，我感觉我回答的也很快，大概只用了30多分钟，从我们见到她到我们从移民局出来，我点上烟一共用了一个小时整。 这个移民官非常nice，就像细水说的那样很尊重人，也不给面试者很大的压力。 整个面试过程，我感觉就是我一直在说，她一直在记。 她没怎么问我partner问题，我印象中好像就2道。她说会在2周内给我们结果，但是也可能更早，我问她对我们的感觉怎么样，她没有直接回答，我老婆说她说了very good.最后我对她说，她是一个非常有效率的CO，她还回我说谢谢我们这么说，哈哈。 然后她问我们要喝点水？我们说不用了，这个问题我们可以自己解决，哈哈。她回答我们说这不在测试范围之内，然后大家互相笑了笑。 总之这个CO是非常的 好了。我们的问题和之前细水提供的一样的，下面是我们的面试问题，她会变化问法，但是内容是一样的，有的问题可能有些CASE不会问到。
第一部份是Familiarity with New Zealand. (medium weighting)
1. What has motivated you to want to emigrate from China?
2.Apart from you home country and NZ, have you ever lived in any other country? Did you find the experience challenging?
3. Why did you decide to migrant to NZ? Why have you decided that now is the right time to migrate?
4. What difficulties do you think you may have in settling in NZ?
5.Why do you think you have the ability to settle into NZ successfully?
6.What about your partner and Children, can they settle well in NZ? Why or why not?
第二个部份是Employment prospects. (high weighting)
1. As per your understanding, what occupations in relation to your qualifications and/ or work experience are deemed to be skilled under the skilled migrant category policy?（问了我们2个人）
2.have you ever workded in those occupations overseas or in NZ? could you please give more detials?（问了我们2个人)
3.What do you know about the employments opportunities for those occupations in NZ? What research have you done to find out employment prospects in those areas?
4.Out of those occupations, which one will you be actively pursuing in NZ?
5. I note that more than 2 years have lapsed since you finished your studies in NZ. Can you outline you efforts of the last two years in getting into skilled employment? E.g can you name a few positions that you have applied or prosective employers tha you have contacted?
6. Have you accumulated any post-qualification work experience that is relevant to a skikked occupation?
7.Have you been actively applying for jobs in relation to skilled occupations in the last 6 months? can you show me evidence for your effort？ Were you interviewed or shortlisted for any of those positions?
8.IF the applicant has give you a position as expample can you tell me the qualificatio and / or work experience requirements for that position? do you meet the requirements? if there is a
gap between your qualification/work experience and the requirements of the job, are there any other elements in your circumstance that could convince the employer to offer the job to you?(没问我们）
9. As you may be aware we are experiencing recession in many industries. Is your industry affected by the recession? are you aware of any changes in the labour market demand in that area? how does it affect you ability to redily obtain skilled employment?
10.Where in NZ do you intend to look for work? why this particular area?
11. What barriers do you think you may enconter in getting skiled employment in New Zealand?
12. IF you were not successful in finding skilled employment, what would you do?
最后一部分
Lingages and support（low weighting）
1. Do you have any family or friends in NZ? How often do you see them? what kind of support have you been receiving from them?
2. Do you have any other strong support networks in NZ？
结束面试后，我们查看了她记的notes，然后就跟她say bye bye了。 至于这个co是不是真的nice，就看两周后我们的结果吧。 个人感觉问题不大，哈哈 。希望这个贴能帮到需要面试的朋友 |
